Each day an estimated 60 people receive organ transplants while another 16 die on a waiting list. It is the hope of these individuals awaiting transplantation that you will become an eye, organ and tissue donor and continue to give even after your death.

If you are currently an organ donor or wish to become one it is important to inform your family and relatives of your decision. To ensure that your wishes are remembered sign an organ donor card and keep it with you at all times and also sign the Organ Donation Clause on your driver’s license.
